What you will do

• Own and manage key performance indicators including On-Time Delivery (OTD), invoice accuracy, backlog health, and asset accuracy.
• Serve as the primary on-site customer interface, managing daily communications and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate workload planning, capacity balancing, and headcount forecasting across onsite and depot teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, standard work, and communication templates to ensure operational consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing the hirify.global Business System (RBS tools).
• Partner with Procurement and OEMs to manage vendor relationships and track outsourced services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or customer success within a service-based environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience managing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) to comply with ITAR government export control regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with calibration, metrology, or technical service environments.
• Experience with service management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
