Senior Project and Program Manager (Sales Enablement): Build and scale enablement programs that drive seller readiness, capability development, and measurable business outcomes across Health Learning, Research & Practice organization with an accent on program design, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on developing competency models, operationalizing frameworks, and leveraging AI-augmented tools for scalability and efficiency.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Philadelphia, PA or Waltham, MA, USA
Salary: $78,400 - $136,950 USD (eligible for bonus)

What you will do
- Build, codify, and operationalize scalable enablement programs and frameworks for consistent capability development.
- Partner with Segment Enablement Leads to co-create and implement segment-specific solutions.
- Translate business priorities into structured programs driving behavior change and performance improvement.
- Develop sales functional competency model and foundational enablement strategy.
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and SMEs to create cohesive programs and content.
- Establish operating rhythm, define success metrics, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in sales enablement, program management, learning & development, or related field
- Proven ability to build and operationalize scalable programs in cross-functional environments
- Strong systems thinking to translate strategy into repeatable solutions
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations in B2B
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to have
- Experience developing competency models or structured learning programs
- Experience with AI/automation for workflows and scalability
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC)
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
