Program Manager (Energy Efficiency)

Compensation: $94,300 - $163,400 CAD

What you will do

• Lead complex client programs, overseeing scope, cost, schedule, and overall performance.
• Act as the primary client contact for strategic discussions, program reviews, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, legal, analytics, and administration.
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning.
• Execute contracts to ensure compliance, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Track KPIs and financial targets, analyzing challenges to implement practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects or programs with budget exposure.
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Critical thinking skills and confidence in decision-making within complex environments.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship or support

Nice to have

• Formal program or project management certification/experience.
• Exposure to contract management or client-facing agreements.
• Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or similar service-based programs.
