Location: Must be eligible to work in Spain. Remote or Hybrid options available.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Business plan accounts, taking accountability for retention and growth.
  • Execute structured onboarding and business reviews based on measurable customer goals.
  • Proactively monitor account health and implement intervention strategies to prevent churn.
  • Demo AI Agent capabilities and translate business goals into technical workflows.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Report customer engagement metrics and product feedback to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business conversations.
  • Proven ability to conduct professional live demos and presentations.
  • Quick learner regarding technical products and AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products, chatbots, or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Experience managing enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
  • Knowledge of CS metrics like NRR and churn rate.
