What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Business plan accounts, taking accountability for retention and growth.
- Execute structured onboarding and business reviews based on measurable customer goals.
- Proactively monitor account health and implement intervention strategies to prevent churn.
- Demo AI Agent capabilities and translate business goals into technical workflows.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Report customer engagement metrics and product feedback to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business conversations.
- Proven ability to conduct professional live demos and presentations.
- Quick learner regarding technical products and AI tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI products, chatbots, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
- Knowledge of CS metrics like NRR and churn rate.
