Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect potential middle-market business opportunities to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor positioning to refine business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Client Success teams to align banking products with client needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand professional networks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle B2B sales professional.
  • Proven track record of selling business banking or credit card products to SMBs/Middle-Market (revenues $20m+).
  • Deep local market network in NYC with experience in cold calling and hunting.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes involving C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City
