Senior Business Process Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite presence is required. Up to 10% travel within the US and internationally, including occasional travel to hirify.global sites or customer locations.

hirify.global develops and services advanced lithography machines used by leading chipmakers to produce smaller, more powerful and energy-efficient microchips.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for production execution, disturbance management and non-standard changes in the assembly area.
• Design, qualify, implement and continuously improve end-to-end processes supporting DUV/APPS and EUV factory operations.
• Analyze and document business processes and define requirements for SAP, MES and other production applications.
• Translate internal customer needs into process improvements and system enhancements.
• Lead improvement projects, workshops, training sessions and meetings to drive adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with IT, architects, process leads and subject matter experts while maintaining internal controls, data integrity and change management protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with production engineering, sequence engineering, disturbance management, material master data and bill of process management.
• Proficiency in SAP, MES, disturbance frameworks and other production execution systems.
• Experience in project management, change management, conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be legally authorized to access US-controlled technology before beginning work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DUV/APPS and EUV factory operations.
• Experience working with hirify.global or a similar high-tech manufacturing organization.
