Senior Analyst - Enterprise Data and Business Solutions

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data mapping and conversion initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on system schemas, data mapping, and financial balancing during conversion.
• Optimize data transmission between applications to support tax processing.
• Act as a client liaison for data-related issues and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Support implementation teams throughout client onboarding.
• Develop scripts and tools to optimize data loading and meet release deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in data mapping and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture.
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently or in small groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accounting.
