Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP/Manufacturing)

Location: Columbia, Maryland, USA (Hybrid)

Salary: USD 115,000–130,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business process analysis and optimization across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
• Facilihirify.global requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Own intake and prioritization for ERP and enterprise application enhancements.
• Partner with solution architects and development teams on solution design and delivery.
• Improve ERP utilization, MRP processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support ERP modernization, vendor evaluations, future-shirify.global process design, UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, MRP, inventory management, supply chain, and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives.
• Ability to facilihirify.global workshops, define requirements, and map complex business processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions, lead, adapt, resolve conflicts, and work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, QAD, JD Edwards, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with conflict resolution.
