Systems Analyst III (SAP/ABAP)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; onsite office environment

Starting base pay: $105,630–$130,485 per year

What you will do

• Define system scope and objectives and develop complex technical solutions based on user needs.
• Support internal users by troubleshooting system issues and investigating root causes.
• Create business process documentation, technical specifications, solution documents, installation guides, and training materials.
• Develop test plans, test solutions across multiple areas, and support application installation and troubleshooting.
• Manage tasks, priorities, estimates, and deadlines across multiple workstreams and provide functional guidance on medium to large projects.
• Collaborate with users, project leaders, and management and provide mentoring or guidance to other employees.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience with an associate degree, or 4–6 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of programming concepts and the ability to debug complex program or process issues.
• Experience understanding functional business requirements, breaking work into technical tasks, and learning new system functionality independently.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes within an ERP system and comprehensive SAP terminology, processes, and application configuration.
• Ability to read and debug moderately complex ABAP code.
• Ability to work onsite in Schofield, Wisconsin, United States.
