SAP Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Location: Hybrid in Durham, North Carolina, USA; travel up to 5% may be required for project workshops or site-specific go-live support.

What you will do

• Support configuration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes.
• Support Production Planning, including master data, master recipes, process orders, and capacity planning.
• Support warehouse, inventory, quality management, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and batch management processes.
• Participate in enhancements, UAT, cutover activities, and functional integration with SAP Ariba, MES, LIMS, and 3PL systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, business, IT, and QA teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models using Jira.
• Prepare Computer System Validation documentation and support audit readiness, change management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of SAP functional experience across MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and Inventory Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or support.
• Strong understanding of integration across SAP MM, PP, QM, EWM/WM, and IM, including Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Jira, Agile tracking tools, and system integrations such as Ariba, MES, LIMS, or 3PL.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Durham, NC, and in a regulated, multinational setting.
