Senior IT Analyst (SAP Manufacturing Applications)

Location: East Peoria, Illinois; primary locations may also include Fargo, North Dakota, and Irving, Texas. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP manufacturing and enterprise business applications.
• Support manufacturing execution, production scheduling, supply chain planning, MRP, inventory, finance, and logistics processes.
• Gather and manage business requirements and translate complex business problems into scalable technology solutions.
• Design, develop, assess, and support SAP solutions, including ABAP development, reporting, analytics, and data solutions.
• Lead application enhancement, modernization, testing, deployment, and user adoption initiatives.
• Support audit, compliance, security, access management, and reliable operation of critical manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, inventory management, and production processes.
• Experience gathering and managing business requirements and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Five days of onsite work are required; visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC and manufacturing modules.
• ABAP development experience.
• Business analysis experience supporting manufacturing systems.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools or application modernization projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise-system audit and compliance requirements.
