Salary: $138,400.00 - $207,600.00

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through product development and released product management processes.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, priorities, and milestones to ensure streamlined workflow.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting and tracking of accruals and actuals.
• Mitigate risks and solve complex problems across multiple workstreams and departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure products solve business problems.
• Ensure Core Teams achieve contracted commitments and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Practical knowledge in leading the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a technical discipline.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment, decisions, and resolutions.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• MBA and/or PMP / CSM Certification.
• Knowledge of product development and commercialization in the medical device industry.
• Experience working under FDA regulations and other regulatory agencies.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile software development practices.
