Program Manager (Oil & Gas)

Program Manager (Industrial Electrical Infrastructure): Managing a large client portfolio of complex electrical infrastructure projects within the industrial market with an accent on substations, T&D, and SCADA. Location: Remote or Hybrid (Lakewood, CO). Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact between the client and the firm for a large industrial portfolio.
• Coordinate with Directors and Team Leads to assign execution teams across open projects.
• Negotiate schedules, scopes, and contract terms with client and internal leadership.
• Lead project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting on engineering progress.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to monitor budgets, cash flows, and revenue recognition.
• Drive business development activities and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
• PMP certification (or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire).
• Extensive hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry (upstream, midstream, and downstream).
• Familiarity with electrical substations, T&D, SCADA, I&C, and system studies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
