Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic CRM, Salesforce, and other business transformation initiatives.
• Create comprehensive project plans, identify constraints and dependencies, and proactively manage risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate requirements gathering and fit-gap sessions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation using MS Project, Confluence, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Produce and present concise executive reports to senior leadership regarding status and financial recognition.
• Coordinate dependencies between multiple projects and diverse business unit needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years on complex transformational technical projects.
• Direct experience managing CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ implementations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems integration, data migration, and application development.
• PMI and/or Lean/Agile certifications are required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (8 days/month in office) at designated US locations.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC.
