What you will do

  • Analyze market potential and competitive dynamics to define and implement GTM strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Develop scalable sales structures, processes, and market approaches for the Robotic Surgery business.
  • Coordinate global product launches and marketing activities in collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Conduct customer visits, OR support, training sessions, and educational workshops.
  • Serve as a central liaison between global and local functions, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Master's in Business Administration preferred).
  • Several years of experience selling high-end capital equipment, preferably in medtech or robotic surgery.
  • Proven international business exposure in a global or cross-regional environment.
  • Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 40–60 days per year).
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Tuttlingen, Germany.
