Visibility Solutions Growth Specialist (Networking/Cybersecurity): Build the next strategic pillar for ’s Visibility portfolio and solutions with an accent on identifying client challenges in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Focus on developing go-to-market strategies, driving engineered sales plays, collaborating with sales teams, and evangelizing solutions through public speaking and industry education.
Location: Remote (US), Home Office in Austin, TX or Boston, MA
Salary: $137,300 - $209,110 (base $80-110K + bonus/commissions)

What you will do
- Build strategic pillar for Visibility portfolio, focusing on client networking, cybersecurity, and cloud challenges.
- Collaborate with geo sales leaders and regional directors to develop business plans.
- Align with account executives and sales engineers on go-to-market strategies for new and expansion accounts.
- Develop and implement expansion strategies based on heat maps for big wins.
- Drive engineered sales plays from ideation to execution.
- Provide customer feedback to Product Management and work with marketing on messaging, value frameworks, and ROI models.
- Evangelize Visibility portfolio in your region through public speaking and industry education.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years demonstrated success positioning and selling networking/cloud/visibility SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud, and visibility industry, vendors, and solutions
- Experience guiding strategic, program, and project initiatives in networking/cloud/visibility for large organizations
- Ability to articulate portfolio benefits, business outcomes, and ROI to stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical sales teams
- Develop processes to build, execute, and measure engineered sales plays at scale

Hiring process
