Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans to ensure platform value realization.
• Partner with sales teams to expand Falcon Flex adoption and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact for enterprise accounts.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to accelerate module adoption.
• Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition and churn.
• Develop adoption roadmaps aligned with customers' specific security objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Experience with flexible licensing models and managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills for CXO-level engagement.
• Deep industry knowledge of the security software sales lifecycle and business value concepts.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
