TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales - Civilian (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the US Federal Civilian community with an accent on strategic account planning and executive-level relationship management. Focus on positioning AI-native endpoint security solutions, executing complex sales cycles via MEDDPICC, and defeating adversaries through strategic partnerships.

Location: Remote (Must reside in a Major US Hub, preferably Washington DC Region, Mid-Atlantic or East Coast)

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a Federal/Civilian sales territory, including pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Build and maintain active relationships with key Federal/Civilian decision-makers and senior executives.
  • Identify and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue in the assigned region.
  • Negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Marketing, and System Engineering to drive engagement.
  • Manage prospect information and sales pipeline using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solution selling experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling software security or infrastructure products to the US Federal Government/Civilian Community.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Must be based in the USA (Major US Hub).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
