What you will do
- Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and manage case priorities using a case tracking system.
- Perform data or configuration changes in production environments with high attention to detail.
- Test emergency product fixes provided by the development team.
- Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call coverage.
- Collaborate with implementation and development teams to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (0–2 years).
- Intermediate SQL skills required.
- Understanding of remote support tools and basic networking concepts.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Ability to handle phone-based troubleshooting and customer de-escalation.
