Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $45,700 - $62,875

What you will do

• Service new and existing client needs through inbound calls.
• Conduct investment recommendation conversations with customers.
• Manage operational inquiries regarding trading, asset movement, and account consolidation.
• Handle trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options, and Fixed Income securities.
• Identify leads and opportunities for the Retirement Advisor Team to drive new business.
• Ensure compliance with Brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and retirement account operations.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses (required within corporate timelines).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Fully licensed candidates (FINRA Series 6 and 63).
• Past brokerage and mutual fund trading experience.
• Experience with Retail, IRA, and/or 401K customer service.
