Salary: $45,700 - $62,875

What you will do

• Service new and existing client investment needs via inbound calls.
• Handle operational inquiries regarding trading, asset movement, account opening, and asset consolidation.
• Execute client trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Funds, Options, and Fixed Income securities.
• Engage customers in Investment Recommendation Conversations to identify needs.
• Uncover leads and opportunities for the Retirement Advisor Team to drive new business.
• Ensure all brokerage transactions meet regulatory requirements and exchange rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses (required within established timelines).
• Strong knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations.

Nice to have

• Past brokerage and mutual fund trading experience.
• Retail, IRA, and/or 401K customer service experience.
• Strong technological skills and ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
