What you will do
- Design, build, and improve automated workflows to reduce manual effort in support
- Deploy and manage AI-powered tools to boost support capacity and quality
- Own the support tech stack including ticketing, knowledge base, and integrations
- Analyze support data to identify trends, root causes, and drive product/process improvements
- Partner with Engineering and Product to escalate issues and track fixes
- Triage complex customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions across teams
- Own the customer feedback loop to influence the product roadmap
Requirements
- 1-2 years in support operations or building AI/automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with automations using Zapier, custom scripts, or AI building
- Quick learner comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Process-improvement mindset: question existing processes and seek automation opporties
- Enthusiasm for fintech and financial infrastructure
