What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and diversity.
  • Partner with hiring managers and PeopleOps to align hiring strategy with business objectives.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to optimize hiring processes and report on outcomes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition required.
  • Prior experience in leading recruitment teams is mandatory.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
  • Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and optimize hiring outcomes.
