What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and diversity.
- Partner with hiring managers and PeopleOps to align hiring strategy with business objectives.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to optimize hiring processes and report on outcomes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition required.
- Prior experience in leading recruitment teams is mandatory.
- Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
- Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse.
- Strong understanding of market trends and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and optimize hiring outcomes.
