What you will do
- Enable customer success outcomes like reduced churn, revenue expansion, higher product adoption, and improved satisfaction scores
- Manage team performance against key indicators for portfolio accounts
- Coach team members, identify training needs, and handle hiring support
- Build relationships with client leadership and understand their business challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional projects for escalated issues and service recovery
- Identify product/process gaps via impact assessments and manage expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in healthcare benefits/pharmacy benefits/commercial health insurance
- 5+ years in client relationship management
- 1-2 years people management or informal leadership experience
- Executive communication skills, problem-solving passion, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
