Salary: $190,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including services, partnership, and data processing agreements.
• Provide proactive legal advice on product development, specifically regarding privacy, security, AI, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, engineering, and product teams to support the company's ecosystem.
• Advise executive leadership on key risk considerations.
• Monitor and provide guidance on legal and regulatory developments in commercial contracting and AI.

Requirements

• JD and U.S. state bar membership.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house role.
• Proven experience drafting commercial provisions for software licensing, data rights, and AI.
• Background advising clients in the SaaS, technology, or financial services sectors.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
