What you will do

• Scale the global revenue organization across enterprise sales, strategic collaborations, and revenue operations.
• Define commercial strategy, including ICP prioritization, pricing discipline, and long-term customer value creation.
• Establish pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, and performance management.
• Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to translate product strategy into scalable go-to-market execution.
• Embed AI-enabled workflows across the commercial organization to improve operational efficiency and forecasting.
• Lead high-impact strategic negotiations and executive customer engagements for complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling revenue operating systems within high-growth technology, payments, or fintech companies.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technology, stablecoins, and payment infrastructure.
• Track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles with global organizations.
• Ability to lead senior commercial organizations within founder-led environments.
• Strong AI fluency and experience integrating AI into commercial workflows and decision-making.
• Experience leading globally distributed commercial teams across multiple regions and markets.
