TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net new business and expanding existing high-value enterprise accounts for an AI-powered productivity workspace with an accent on complex deal cycles and strategic account penetration. Focus on exceeding pipeline targets, delivering high-impact product demonstrations, and executing a land-and-expand sales model.

Location: Must be located in Boston and willing to be in office 3-4 days a week

Salary: $225,000 – $300,000

What you will do

  • Identify and convert high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects into customers.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exceed sales targets through outbound prospecting and leveraging marketing-qualified leads.
  • Drive expansion revenue via upsell, cross-sell, and increased adoption within existing accounts.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and effectively communicate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle large and complex deals.
  • 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of driving expansion sales.
  • Proven success achieving an annual quota of $1M+.
  • Ability to execute expansion sales playbooks.
  • Experience managing Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Quotes (RFQ).
  • Unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling productivity or project management solutions.
  • Success in high-velocity, transactional sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with the land-and-expand sales model.
  • Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
