What you will do

• Act as local HR representative on Country Council, fostering strategic collaboration across functions.
• Serve as primary contact for HR queries, resolving complex issues independently.
• Provide operational HR support through global and local policies, meeting SLAs.
• Manage full employee lifecycle for specific country or group, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Utilize HRIS for data management, reporting, and service delivery.
• Support talent reviews, recruitment, learning programs, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, handle employee relations cases, and engage in projects.

Requirements

• Business-level English (strong written and verbal communication)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certification (e.g., CIPD) highly desirable
• Substantial HR experience in complex organizations
• HRIS proficiency (Workday desirable)
• Solid knowledge of local UK/IE labour laws
• Global mindset and data management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
