What you will do

  • Lead and manage the global HR team to ensure effective delivery of operations across all regions.
  • Partner with Internal Recruitment Specialists to drive excellence in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Support the global reward strategy to enhance retention, performance, and engagement.
  • Oversee global employee relations, ensuring fair and legally compliant practices.
  • Manage the global performance management cycle and career management framework.
  • Drive organizational culture development and embed core values across all international regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in a technical environment.
  • Expertise in internal technical recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong HR leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and change management within complex environments.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar.
  • Must be available for an in-person interview in Dalgety Bay on June 2, 2026.

Nice to have

  • Level 7 CIPD or Chartered Membership of CIPD.
  • Experience working in an international product-based organization.
  • Experience promoting inclusive ways of working and diversity.
