What you will do
- Lead and manage the global HR team to ensure effective delivery of operations across all regions.
- Partner with Internal Recruitment Specialists to drive excellence in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Support the global reward strategy to enhance retention, performance, and engagement.
- Oversee global employee relations, ensuring fair and legally compliant practices.
- Manage the global performance management cycle and career management framework.
- Drive organizational culture development and embed core values across all international regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in a technical environment.
- Expertise in internal technical recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong HR leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in data-driven decision making and change management within complex environments.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar.
- Must be available for an in-person interview in Dalgety Bay on June 2, 2026.
Nice to have
- Level 7 CIPD or Chartered Membership of CIPD.
- Experience working in an international product-based organization.
