What you will do

• Lead the relationship with Business Area Directors and Senior Leadership Teams to drive the People strategy.
• Provide coaching, organizational design guidance, and team development support to senior leaders.
• Manage the talent agenda, including performance management processes and succession planning.
• Utilize engagement data (e.g., Peakon) to proactively shape local culture and engagement plans.
• Collaborate with the wider hirify.global and Flutter People teams to address organization-wide challenges.
• Act as a change ambassador, supporting the delivery of change initiatives through effective communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience partnering with Business Directors or senior leaders within complex organisations.
• Experience working across multiple business areas or functions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to shape outcomes.
• Ability to work independently on projects with a high degree of ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Sunderland, UK.
