TL;DR
Talent & Leadership Partner (HR): Developing and implementing global people strategies across UK&I with an accent on leadership development, future skills, and employee experience. Focus on designing scalable talent solutions, utilizing data-driven insights, and enhancing inclusion and belonging within a global matrixed environment.
Location: Hybrid in Nottingham, UK (approximately 2 days per week office-based)

What you will do
- Partner with the global Talent, Leadership, and Learning community to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Utilize data and insights to drive decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences.
- Modernize people solutions through the strategic use of technology.
- Support leadership development, performance management, and inclusion & belonging initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
- Proven track record of designing scalable and engaging people solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
- Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Nottingham for hybrid work (40% office based).
