What you will do

• Support legal issues for the hirify.global for Government business line, covering US federal, state, local, and international sales.
• Manage Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance and government procurement regimes.
• Review and negotiate complex technology transactions and contracts with government customers.
• Handle bid protests, claims management, and False Claims Act (FCA) risk management.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance, including NIST 800-171, CMMC, or FISMA requirements.
• Scale legal support by implementing innovative AI tools and automation mechanisms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience at a technology company with significant government business.
• Deep knowledge of FAR and federal contracting procurement regimes.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex technology transactions with government entities.
• Experience using AI tools to scale legal workflows.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Washington, DC
