Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to increase subscriber retention and maximize lifetime value.
- Lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates through referrals and engagement campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and churn trends to proactively address pain points and optimize the subscriber journey.
- Manage end-to-end execution of local initiatives and CRM campaigns using Braze, ensuring high quality and QA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Client Success, Product Development, and Client Experience.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including visuals and copy, using tools like Canva and Figma.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution across email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (ideally Braze) and project management software like Asana.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Tableau or Looker is considered a plus.
- Must be located in one of the supported US states (including NY, CA, CO, MA, WA, and others).
