What you will do

• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, SMS, and long-form content.
• Evolve CRM strategy, including weekly campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Develop scalable personalization frameworks based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Execute hypothesis-driven A/B tests across messaging, creative, cadence, and timing.
• Track and report on lifecycle KPIs, including revenue contribution, engagement, churn, and retention.
• Partner with Brand, Growth, Product, and CX teams to improve the overall customer journey.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in gaming or subscription industries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Deep experience with email and SMS automation, segmentation, and testing.
• Analytical mindset with experience in attribution platforms and performing data dives.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Copywriting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Background in e-commerce, gaming, or kids and family brands.
