What you will do

• Create and deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Develop and manage email journeys and triggered campaigns to support campaign goals.
• Monitor email performance and translate results into actionable, client-facing presentations.
• Optimize engagement and revenue outcomes for low to medium complexity accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader organizational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMPscript or SQL within SFMC.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and personalization strategies.
