TL;DR

Location: Remote (US-based, up to 25% travel to client sites)

Salary: $111,000 - $155,400

What you will do

  • Partner with sales and clinician architects to shape pre-sales engagements, aligning customer architecture with MCG solutions.
  • Act as technical contact for IT, security, and digital health stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Architect solutions using Smart on FHIR, RESTful APIs, HL7, and enterprise integrations for healthcare data exchange.
  • Explain AI model integration, data handling, governance, and workflow embedding.
  • Lead technical due diligence, security reviews, RFP responses, and risk mitigation.
  • Design architectures, diagrams, and deployment models; collaborate with internal teams for feasibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience with complex healthcare integrations, architecture, AI solutions
  • Experience with security, privacy, compliance in enterprise healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of API-driven architectures, FHIR, HL7, Smart on FHIR
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences
  • Up to 25% travel to client sites and events
