HCM Solutions Architect (Workday): Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Time & Absence, Security, Reporting, and integrations with an accent on translating business requirements into scalable configurations. Focus on ensuring Workday best practices, BPF optimization, compliance, and vendor management for global deployments.
Location: Hybrid based out of Bridgewater, NJ office (US-based), with remote option most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed.
Salary: $133,000–$173,000 Annual

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Workday projects, translating business requirements into technical specs for integrations, security, and reports.
- Design and configure solutions aligned with Workday best practices, BPF standards, and scalability.
- Oversee testing, UAT, incident resolution, and operational activities like year-end processes.
- Manage governance, enhancement backlog, and relationships with AMS providers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, SOX, and audit sensitive employee data access.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business or related; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years hands-on Workday experience including full lifecycle implementations, configuration, and support.
- Expertise across Workday modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent, Security.
- Deep knowledge of BPF, integrations (EIB, Connectors, Studio), Reporting & Analytics, Security.
- Experience with global deployments, tenant management, data privacy (GDPR), and HCM roadmap planning.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications.
- Integrations with payroll (ADP), ServiceNow, Oracle, Concur, or AI in HCM.
- Agile methodologies and IT Service Management.
