What you will do

• Deliver data extracts, SSRS reports, and Power BI reports/dashboards to clients based on contracted projects.
• Scope contracted hours for client requests and ensure solutions align with company best practices.
• Perform database updates in both TEST and Production environments, including managing table triggers.
• Create SQL Server Agent jobs and utilize BCP and PowerShell for data services.
• Facilitate client expectation management and provide workflow guidance throughout the project life cycle.
• Leverage AI tools to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience developing SQL Server data extracts, SSRS reports, and Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for delivery to executives and clinicians.
• Proven ability to operate independently and assume ownership of deliverables in new roles.
• Ability to handle complex workflow reengineering and management process projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altera Paragon EHR.
• Bachelor's Degree.
