TL;DR

Principal Solution Engineer (Healthcare AI): Leading the pre-sales process and designing digital consumer experiences for a healthcare CX platform with an accent on aligning platform capabilities with business value. Focus on architecting high-engagement healthcare solutions and defining digital business models for payers and providers.

Location: Toronto (On-Site), New York, or Boston. Must be based in Canada or the US

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 USD / $165,000 – $210,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Partner with Strategic Account Directors to showcase platform capabilities to prospective healthcare customers.
  • Design innovative digital consumer experiences and business models for the healthcare sector.
  • Architect solutions that connect technical capabilities to business drivers like growth and service automation.
  • Create presentations, mock-ups, and demonstrations in collaboration with product and design teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation and engineering teams to scale digital health experiences.
  • Support the growth team with RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting.
  • 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • Deep healthcare industry experience, specifically within the Payer market.
  • Proven track record in solution architecture and software demonstrations for digital health.
  • Experience with PaaS or SaaS platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • Product Management experience.
