What you will do

• Deliver data extracts, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards for healthcare clients.
• Perform data conversion services and database updates in TEST and Production environments, managing table triggers.
• Scope contracted hours for client requests based on technical specifications.
• Facilitate client expectations and provide strategic planning and workflow guidance throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify opportunities for additional consulting services and document solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing SQL Server data extracts, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Agent jobs, BCP, and PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills for delivering presentations to executives and clinicians.
• Ability to operate independently and assume ownership of project deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altera Paragon EHR.
• Bachelor's Degree.
