Salary: $149,000–$175,250

What you will do

  • Lead technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
  • Translate client data structures and file formats into hirify.global’s infrastructure, schemas, and integration designs.
  • Drive data validation and UAT efforts to resolve data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts regarding networking, security, and authentication to technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Manage multi-threaded complex projects and act as the voice of the customer for internal engineering and product teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in client-facing technical project leadership in an enterprise setting.
  • Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies.
  • High proficiency in SQL, with comfort working with relational databases and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Python and API integrations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
