TL;DR

Partner Sales Operations Manager (Salesforce): Drive go-to-market execution for partner sales organization including organizational design, forecasting, territory management, pipeline management, and quota setting with an accent on operating metrics and sales process oversight. Focus on building performance dashboards, implementing SFDC enhancements and partner tools, optimizing processes for partner onboarding and renewals.

Hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Requires working from the office at least two days per week to foster collaboration. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $116,000 - $145,000 per year

What you will do

  • Run operating cadence for partner organization including QBRs, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews with SVP and leadership.
  • Build business performance dashboards to track Partner KPIs and measure new programs.
  • Develop requirements and collaborate with IT on SFDC enhancements and rollout of partner tools like Workspan, Crossbeam, Tackle.io.
  • Partner with Sales Compensation and Revenue Accounting on crediting rules and royalty fees.
  • Lead planning for quotas, territories, and coverage models with field sales.
  • Develop partner programs and initiatives to drive New ARR growth and optimize onboarding/renewals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working with channel partners or in operations role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Detailed knowledge of processes and ability to execute complex operations and improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Prior experience with partner tools such as Workspan, Crossbeam.
