What you will do
- Enable commercial strategy execution through data, insights, and operational rigor
- Own sales forecasting and pipeline governance for accuracy and visibility
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive commercial initiatives like go-to-market scaling and pipeline hygiene
- Partner with business leaders on go-to-market planning, account planning, and performance tracking
- Lead sales process improvements, operating rhythms, and technology implementations including Salesforce and GenAI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting; Life Sciences experience preferred
- Deep Salesforce expertise in reporting, dashboards, process optimization, and data governance
- Proven experience improving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
- Experience leading selection and implementation of sales enabling technologies
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
