Salary: $106,400 - $131,000

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on professional development and tactical skill-building.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to interpret metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new BDRs, ensuring a high-velocity ramp-up period.
- Refine prospecting processes to ensure they are measurable, predictable, and aligned with growth goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing a Business Development or Sales Development team.
- Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding team quotas in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and AI-enhanced sales tools.
- Deep tactical expertise in multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling, social selling, and email copywriting.
- Experience building and executing onboarding and continuous training programs.
- Must be based in New York City to adhere to the hybrid work schedule.
