What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
• Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis for investment presentations.
• Prepare high-caliber slide decks and perform market-level due diligence including comps and trends.
• Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
• Provide administrative support to Acquisitions and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (plus); MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
• Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities with advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with quantitative analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a team environment on tight deadlines.
