What you will do

• Lead and manage high-value client accounts, ensuring KPI performance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Serve as senior point of contact for key clients, building relationships and providing strategic guidance.
• Oversee and mentor account management teams for high-quality execution and development.
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy, client growth, and new business initiatives.
• Drive integrated strategies across social media, influencer marketing, PR, paid media, partnerships, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in account management, digital marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in agency environment.
• Strong experience with health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record managing multiple accounts in fast-paced settings.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, PR, paid media, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to travel as needed.
