What you will do
- Manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of VIP players via personalized SMS, phone, and email outreach to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee bonusing execution, rewarding behaviors while managing reinvestment rates and protecting margins.
- Advise product team as the voice of the player on game providers, titles, and features to enhance VIP experience.
- Collaborate on building and refining the VIP lifecycle from onboarding to loyalty milestones.
- Analyze player data aligned with theoretical win for bonuses and monitor activity for proactive reactivation.
- Collect and translate player feedback on UX/UI and competition into actionable insights.
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and responsible gaming standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management (Hospitality, Sales, Premium Concierge).
- Sharp commercial instincts for bonusing as investment, balancing generosity and P&L protection.
- High EQ and communication skills for high-pressure interactions with high-net-worth individuals.
- Passion for casino games and understanding of premium gaming experiences.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset to identify gaps and suggest solutions.
- Highly organized for managing high-volume communications and CRM records.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of iGaming landscape (slots, live dealer, providers).
- Experience with reinvestment rate calculations and player value assessment.
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
