TL;DR

Associate, Learning Services (LMS): Design, build, and maintain moderately complex LMS configurations and workstreams with an accent on troubleshooting, integrations, and scalable learning solutions. Location: Remote within the United States (hirify.global registered locations in US, Australia, or UK)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain LMS configurations, curricula, assignments, and course structures aligned to learning requirements.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues and escalations.
• Support integrations, data workflows, enhancements, testing, and rollout of LMS updates.
• Validate data accuracy, generate reports, and interpret outputs for learning delivery.
• Identify process improvements and act as functional partner to Learning, Operations, P&C, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, communicate timelines and risks, and uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in learning technology, systems administration, or related field
• 3-5+ years administering/supporting LMS (Absorb LMS or similar)
• Experience with complex LMS configurations, learning builds, concurrent initiatives, integrations, and data workflows
• Advanced LMS administration, troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Ability to interpret requirements, translate to LMS solutions, and work with data for reporting/validation
• Experience in regulated/SOP-driven environments; familiarity with eLearning tools/standards (SCORM, Articulate)
