Human Resources Generalist (Tech)

Salary: $40,000 - $90,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including stakeholder coordination and paperwork.
• Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and organizational charts.
• Coordinate open enrollment for benefits and provide direct 1:1 support for employees.
• Implement US culture and DEIB strategies in collaboration with global counterparts.
• Administer Leave of Absence and ADA accommodations in partnership with ADP.
• Support payroll processing and assist leadership with employee relations and investigations.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• General knowledge of state and local employment laws (specifically California).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pages).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack, Confluence, and ADP.
• HR Certification.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
