What you will do

• Own the full onboarding experience, from pre-boarding logistics to facilitating engaging orientation sessions for new hires.
• Manage HR transactions in Workday, including job changes, promotions, and terminations, ensuring high data integrity.
• Provide administrative support for performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement surveys.
• Administer and maintain the HR tech stack, including Workday (HRIS), Lever (ATS), Culture Amp, and Enboarder.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for People Leadership decision-making.
• Facilitate seamless offboarding processes for departing employees.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or people operations.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday, Lever, Culture Amp) and collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
